At IPTVZUP, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our service with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted, the process for requesting a refund, and the circumstances in which refunds do not apply.

1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund under the following circumstances:
- Within 30 Days of Purchase: Refund requests submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date are eligible for a full refund, provided the request meets the conditions in this policy.
- Unresolvable Service Issues: If a technical issue on our end cannot be resolved within 72 hours of being reported, you are entitled to a full refund or, at your option, a free subscription extension for the lost time.
2. Refund Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
We encourage you to try our free trial before purchasing. Refunds will not be issued simply because a customer dislikes the available channels after purchase.
No refund will be issued if the customer has chosen to switch to a different IPTV provider or streaming service.
If a customer declines to allow IPTVZUP support staff to troubleshoot a reported issue, refunds will not be granted. We ask for a fair opportunity to resolve any problem before processing a refund.
IPTVZUP provides M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes credentials. It is the customer's responsibility to select a compatible IPTV application (such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, or GSE Smart IPTV). Refunds are not issued for issues arising from incompatible or incorrectly configured third-party apps.
IPTVZUP is not responsible for buffering, quality issues, or service failures resulting from the customer's internet connection speed, bandwidth, or device hardware limitations.
3. Partial Refunds
In the following circumstances, a partial refund of 50% of the subscription price may be issued:
- Prior Trial Usage: If the customer purchased a paid subscription after having used a free or paid trial period, a 50% refund may be granted in eligible cases, as the service was already evaluated before the full purchase.
- Early Refund Request Without Resolution Window: If a customer requests a refund without allowing IPTVZUP the standard 72-hour window to resolve a reported issue, a 50% refund may be offered rather than a full refund.
4. Free Trial Policy
IPTVZUP may offer free or paid trial access to prospective customers. The following rules apply to trials:
- Free trials are provided solely to evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
- Trial access is non-refundable as no payment is required.
- Paid trials (where applicable) are also non-refundable.
- Attempting to obtain multiple trials through different accounts or payment methods is a violation of our Terms of Service.
We strongly recommend using a trial before purchasing a longer subscription plan to ensure compatibility with your devices and satisfaction with the channel lineup.
5. Channel Downtime and Service Credits
We work hard to maintain 99.9% server uptime. In the event of an extended outage directly caused by IPTVZUP infrastructure (not third-party channel providers or your internet connection), and where the outage exceeds 72 continuous hours, IPTVZUP will at its discretion offer one of the following remedies:
- A full refund of the subscription price for the affected period, or
- A free subscription extension equal to the lost time added to your account
Temporary interruptions to individual channels due to broadcast rights or third-party provider issues do not qualify for refunds or credits, as these are outside IPTVZUP's direct control.
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, contact our support team through one of the following channels:

- Your full name and registered email address
- Your order or transaction reference number
- The reason for your refund request
- Any relevant screenshots or error descriptions (if technical)
We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, please allow the following timeframes for funds to appear in your account:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5 to 20 business days, depending on your card issuer and payment processor. In some cases, processing may take up to 90 days due to third-party payment provider timelines outside our control.
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days.
- Cryptocurrency: Refunds for crypto payments are issued in USD equivalent via an alternative payment method, as crypto transactions are irreversible.
Please note that payment processor fees incurred during the original transaction are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
8. Policy Changes
IPTVZUP reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
