3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

• Using the service to broadcast, stream publicly, or commercially exploit any content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our streaming infrastructure
• Using the service to transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or tools to access or monitor the service without written permission
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription restrictions or obtain unauthorized benefits

IPTVZUP reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these rules without refund.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to design elements, graphics, text, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of IPTVZUP or its licensors. Access is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use.

All subscription fees are clearly stated at the time of purchase. By completing a purchase, you authorize IPTVZUP to charge the stated amount via your chosen payment method.

• Subscriptions are non-recurring (one-time payment per term) unless otherwise specified
• Credentials are delivered to your registered email address within minutes of confirmed payment
• IPTVZUP is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor issues outside our control

7. Service Availability

IPTVZUP aims to maintain a 99.9% server uptime. However, the service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, specific channel availability, or content accuracy at any given time.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Third-party channel provider outages beyond our control
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, etc.)
• Your internet connection quality or device compatibility

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance windows. For extended outages caused by IPTVZUP, please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable remedies.

8. User-Submitted Content

Any information, feedback, or content you voluntarily submit to IPTVZUP through contact forms, support channels, or reviews may be used by IPTVZUP for service improvement, testimonial purposes, or internal analysis. Such submissions are treated as non-confidential.
